I paid (or thought I paid) my April’s CC amount on 14 April. I paid £15 online, so obviously I didn’t pay that from the cash point. I called Natwest last week to ask why it hadn’t come up online, but it said that the money had left my account. The girl said she would put a note on my account as perhaps it was just a technological error.

Natwest now have charged me interested of almost £10, which has made, in turn with me buying £10 of credit, go over my limit and now they have charged me £12 in overlimit fees.

Bear in my mind, I paid the £15 oon 14 April, as it had to be buy 17 April.

Surely, because they have not even processed my payment, the overlimit fee is not fair right? I get the interest thing but they didn’t even process my payment.

I am going to call them tomorrow. It’s my bday tomorrow. Fucking around with natwest is not my cup of tea lol.
